GRENACHE
PINOT NERO
Compact cluster of dark blue color, thin skin, ability modest dye marked acidity. difficult grape to grow and make wine, especially in Maremma.
conical or cylindrical cluster of medium size round berries of purplish black with a thin skin, the wine has a fruity taste with a light color.
CHARDONNAY
VERMENTINO
medium large berries, winged conical cluster, medium thick peel from greenish yellow to golden amber and if well exposed to the sun.
Medium berry small white grape thin skin amber color. Bunch medium to small conical cylindrical shape, gives the wine a lot of fruity fragrances .
CABERNET FRANC
SYRAH
Medium berry small oval, medium cluster stretched skin of black color blue, gives the wine purple hues.
Bunch of pyramidal medium sized berries with a size not constant peel very resistant black blue color. Since the wine is ruby red in color with vegetable aromas and red fruit.
SANGIOVESE
One of the most important grape varieties and spread in Italy. Vine dark berry medium large berry of regular shape peel very thick purplish black color. The wine takes a ruby color up to four or five years, then it tends to garnet.
